The building originally served as the headquarters for the Beckman Coulter Company and had fallen into disrepair following Beckman Coulter’s vacancy. A.J. Kirkwood Electric bought the property and committed to moving their offices from Tustin where they were spread across several industrial buildings. The tenant improvements include a striking interior which is organized around a series of pedestrian boulevards highlighted by a open planters and multi-sensory fountains.
