Costa Mesa, CAThe conversion of an existing office building to a broadcast facility for PBS SoCal and KOCE-TV. Challenges included working within a low-ceiling volume and structurally isolating the space from the rest of the building to allow high definition broadcasting. Program elements include a single 3,000 s.f. studio, reception area, editing bays and make-up/green rooms.
