Los Angeles, CaliforniaTwo 10,000 s.f. soundstages constructed inside of the historic Howard Hughes Spruce Goose Hangar in Playa Vista, now developed as the Los Angeles Offices of Google and YouTube. 35’ clear height to wood grid, full catwalks and NC-25 rated stages are connected by a 30’ high by 32’ wide opening with rolling concrete elephant doors. Associated with the stages is an adjacent 27,500 s.f. postproduction and production office tenant improvement by Bastien and Associates, Inc.
