Due to the existing building’s historic nature, Bastien and Associates, Inc. was asked to design the industrial buildings in a style similar to the original. The new buildings use horizontal glass and canopy elements broken by a vertical tower. The entry canopies have a similar profile as the existing building and the horizontal window mullions are enhanced with a shadow line to reinforce the horizontal nature.
