Santa Clarita, CAA complete remodel of an existing steel frame and concrete panel warehouse building for use by a biomedical research company. A new second floor mezzanine was added to increase floor area, tying into a smaller existing mezzanine. Existing “test chambers” were remodeled into new conference rooms.
